Jasmin Rogers is a health and wellness enthusiast focused on the connection of mind, body, and spirit. She grew up in Nebraska where her yoga interest flourished in high school. The experience helped her integrate anxiety management into a positive outlook for a more balanced life. This sprouted seed inspired her to learn and share yoga as a foundation for a nonjudgmental and inclusive space designed to help others. Between 2021-22, she received her 200-hour Yoga Certification from the Yoga and Ayurveda Center, and became a Usui Reiki provider along with the Emotional Freedom Technique and Spiritual Healing recognition.
Currently, she seeks more education in yoga and a degree in psychology. She recently moved to Ouray and recognizes the wonder of the town, the outdoors, and the welcoming community. For the previous four years, she and her partner traveled the US in their van, backpacked in Europe, and spent two-months in Brazil. Ouray is where they wish to grow roots. Jasmin loves to hike, rock-climb, paddleboard, and delve into her own yoga practice. She has opened her heart to the Ouray community and looks forward to meeting everyone on and off the mat.
