Service Description
This class is designed to integrate the union of mind, body, and spirit. Hatha means Sun (Ha) and Moon (Tha). Sun and Moon salutations will be an integral part of this yoga experience. The class is foundational and accessible for beginners. A simple flow, held stretches, and extended meditation. Bring your crystals and charge them with the collective energy (not required). This is a traditional yoga experience with emphasis on safety and modifications. Attend all classes and fulfill your celestial year. Class will be held on or near the full moon and celestial celebration dates. 6:15pm.

Cancellation Policy
Studio Ouray reserves the option to cancel classes or sessions at any time (life gets in the way). In the event of a cancellation, your purchase will be credited to your account for use at a later time. No refunds. Studio Ouray also has a 24-hour cancellation policy implemented upon your account. If you need to reschedule within 24-hours of your appointment, please contact us. There will be a 25% rescheduling fee when canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. "Drop-ins" are allowed only if the class has at least two signees and cash payment at the door. Please sign-up, and please sign-up at least 6 hours in advance. We reserve the option to same-day cancel class if no sign-ups occur.
